How frustrated to you get when you go through your coupons only to find several of them expired?! I go through my coupons about once a month and pull all of the expired coupons, no biggie, but I'm talking about the ones you REALLY should have used. You will be buying or bought the product. One thing I've learned about couponing is how how important it is to stay organized. Read about my method HERE. I am actually switching it up to the whole alphabetized/baseball card binder method this weekend and will post pictures and info soon, but tonight a light bulb went off! I am putting a calendar at the front of my binder and jotting down the name of the products that expire on their designated days. I know couponing is VERY time consuming, but I truly feel this will help me and thought I'd share the idea incase your looking for a similar solution. I personally do not clip every coupon, only the ones I know I will/want to use and use the filing method for the rest of the insert. I will only put the ones that I know I will use on my calendar. I will also be putting my Register Rewards and Extra Care Bucks' expiration dates on the calendar. I'll keep you posted on how it works for me!
I used this printable calendar:
Free Printable Monthly Calendar 2010 in Fours
Here's another option:
Calendar Blank 2010 Free Printable
This a simple calendar with blanks for 2010 each sheet contains a month. This month by month calendar with blanks is really good for adding notes for each day.
I can't wait to see how this turns out. Please post about your baseball card binder method too!!!
