The store at 21st and Rock had big signs up at each register on Tuesday when I was there. It stated new coupon policy effective 9/1 1. No longer accepting expired coupons 2. Limit 2 internet printed per manufacture. 3. Limit 10 same manufacture coupons per person per day. Basically you can only use 10 kellogg coupons, 10 P&G coupons, etc...
